Of course that meant tearing down the shrine. Let us pause for a moment and consider how I am going to survive for 3 days without the comfort and guidance of the Electronic Demi-God. The old shrine was unceremoniously dumped (the wife:”Finally!”) once any useful lumber was recovered:
Cold and hungry, the previous entertainment center is waiting outside for a loving family to adopt it. Sadly, the scrap-men will probably claim it first, but such is the way of things in the Wilds of Suburbia.
