
Since I need to write this down, here it is:
NO NUTS!
Acceptable:
- any amount of Smooth Peanut Butter
- ~1 tablespoon of Nutella
- a few nuts, of the varieties:
- Macadamia, roasted
- Cashew, roasted
- Pecan, roasted/candied
Otherwise there are extreme consequences.
